Today i’m going to give you a review on Playstation Move! So let’s start with what it is!  PlayStation Move is an upcoming motion-sensing game controller platform for the PlayStation 3 video game console by Sony.  Based on a handheld motion controller wand, PlayStation Move uses the PlayStation Eye camera to track the wand’s position, and inertial sensors in the wand to detect its motion.

The Apple IPad

Hello everyone! Sorry if this review isn’t up to high standards because in writing this on my IPod Touch and it is harder than an actual keyboard!

So today, as promised, I am going to do an IPad review! Now most people love the idea of having a stretched IPod Touch but personally I’m not in favour of it, and until they install a super computer memory chip into it, I never will like it, but like I said that’s just my opinion. (why don’t you tell us what YOU think? Send an email to louisj95@gmail.com or comment on this post!)

Now good points include it’s amazingly beautiful wide touch screen with intense colours and graphics.
It’s other good points include updates made just for the IPad software.
Now then the bad points, if you’ve happened to seen advert for the IPad then you would have heard the commentator say it’s portable….well frankly I don’t think it is, I mean, it’s huge!!!!!!

So really the IPad is a leap for Apple and a leap for technology, so bow they’ve done the IPhone 4, what next?

IPhone 4 – what’s the big deal?

Hello everyone, we understand we havent actually done much lately but schools out for summer so were all here to ensure the webiste is up and running!

Anyway onto the topic in hand;   The IPhone 4! People all over the world waited for what should have been the greatest phone since the IPhone, qouted when it was unveiled. The problem being that the IPhone 4 is made out of two sides of glass and a metal strip that rides around and inside it which is the gps and wireless supporter, obviously, very important. So that metal strip is made of two parts and if you put your hand in an ‘oh somones ringing i better pick it up put the phone to your ear and talk’ positions it blocks it’s own phone signals so you can wave bye bye to the signal bars in less than a second….amazing huh?

BUT WAIT!! Apple say they have a solution to the problem….they’re going to hand out over 3 million of these;

An IPhone 4 rubber case!  Apple says these will affectivly solve the signal problem by simply covering it up!  But isn’t that the problem in the first place?  Anyway what if you don’t want a case on it?  Then it looks as if your just getting a new styled IPod Touch!

Anyway that’s it for now, for my next post i’ll be doing a Lego Harry Potter review! Also soon to come is the IPad !

A Massive Release For 2011.

Ladies and gentlemen…..hold onto your hats….or scarves….Bioshock 3 will be in our game stores….in just 2011.

It’s just a year away, and for many of us, to long!  After the huge sucsess of Bioshock 1 and 2, we all wonder what could come from the third in the series….What do you think? BUT there’s more i haven’t even got to the good part yet, not only is Bioshock 3 coming out next year, but along with it, the Bioshock Movie! Unfortunatly we don’t have a preview but as soon as one is unveiled it’ll be on here straight away, also it’s been said there’s going to be as many as 5 sequels so until then….Happy Gaming!

Battlefield 1943 Review

Battlefield 1943 – Iwo Jima

Battlefield 1943 is set in 1943 as the Americans are fighting off the Japanese in the very famous battles of Iwo Jima, Wake Island, and Guadalcanal. Fight as the Japanese or the Americans in the Air Superiority multiplayer.

The Japanese fighter planes known as zeros and the American fighter planes known as P-51s fight against each other in most of the battles in Battlefield 1943.

You definitely feel apart of the action in Battlefield 1943 however there are a few bugs.

1. Like the engine of a jeep seems to go silent.

2. It takes forever to shoot someone.

3. You die whenever you bail out in “Air Superiority”

Besides that Battlefield 1943 is an amazing game and definitely worth the £9.99 from the PlayStation store.

Medal of Honor – Heroes 2

The gaming market these days maybe be dominated by the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 however here at Games2u we feel as if nintendo have struck back with this fun and amazing game. it is available on the Wii and sony’s PSP (Play Station Portable) so here is the Medal of Honor – Heroes 2 review

Medal of honor – Heroes 2 is set in world war 2, starting on the Normandy beaches trying to control some German bunkers and then move on to secure a village somewhere in France. The campaigne isn’t the best and is a bit short and the missions are very short and too easy. Another chritisism is the multiplayer the players are there and then seem to disappear and it also take a long time to actually kill them.

Multiplayer

Multiplayer is quite impressive, you use teamwork to take down the opposition in a teamdeath match.

The Multiplayer definitely changes whilst playing on different maps and using different weapons like:

1. M1 Garand rifle

2. M1a1 Thompson Submachine gun

3. MP40

4. STG – 44

5. BAR (Browning Automatic rifle)

Fight Night Round 5. DING DING!!

Ok I said i was going to do this on the second of August but i’ll do part 2 then so here’s part 1!

so it’s Nintendo Vs Sony…..well let’s start with the fact that Sony do more than consoles…..for example they do Tv’s dvd players and computers so really sony can make anything electrical so thats a part of Sony…..but Nintendo has it’s turn!

Nintendo started their consoles on the Nintendo 64! here’s a picture–yes it does have harvest moon 64 in there.

but looking at that and comparing it to the Sony Ps3! there’s a lot of difference! So let’s take a look at Nintendo’s latest console and compare them…no not the Wii the Dsi!

Now what is a Ds…i? well thats the fun the letter ‘i’ at the end of any console makes ANYTHING more fun! So what does the Dsi do? well….it has 2! cameras one on the front and one where the microphone was.Here is a picture–Cool huh? i think it’s a bit useless…because the camera isn’t that good but thats what i think so don’t let that put you off getting one!Another thing about the Dsi is it no longer has a GBA slot (bottom) …they got rid of it…..now thats annoyed a lot of people because that stops you from playing all the guitar hero games…..well thats round 1 over!! DING DING DING thanks for reading watch out for round 2 on the 2nd of august!

Drawn To Life DS

Hello all gamers!

I’m going to be doing a DS game called Drawn To Life!!

It’s a fantastic game which realesed late 2007!

Published by THQ and developed by 5TH Cell it must a great game.You start by creating your own hero by drawing him with the stylus and the touch screen!But don’t go thinking all you can create is a hero!OOOOOOOHHHH NO!

You have to create level objects and accessories!

The main plot is you must make a hero to rid of the evil darkness approaching a small village(mind you though i don’t want to spoil it for you!)but of course…you can do more than just that!

i’m sorry we haven’t been doing an awful lot on the website we have been busy nut im here to ‘restart’ games2u.

I start by bringing you a list review of the top 25 most anticipated  games this year!

while it hasn’t been the best of years the game industrie had a grear year giving us such game titles as assassins creed 2!

Now lets start with the list: (in no order AT ALL)

First is Heavy rain on the ps3

next is Infamous also on the ps3

following that is Madworld for the nintendo Wii

after that is Wolverine for the 360 and ps3

next up prototype for the pc, 360 and ps3

next is house of the dead overkill for the wii!

next up is Bionic commando for the 360 ps3 and pc

next is a good favorite of mine if GTA chinatown wars! for the Ds and now the psp!(review coming soon)

now it’s Alpha Protocol for the ps3 360 and pc!

next is a funny title – Prinny:can i really be a hero? for the psp

neeeext up is splatterhouse for the 360 and ps3

next is a game called Trine which is our first game to say it’s on the PSN! oh and PC

A HUGE release was the Sims 3 only for PC(review coming soon)

next is long waited Wolfenstein for the 360 ps3 and pc

next up is star wars the old republic for PC only

next is our second game for PSN is Noby Noby boy

neeeeeeeeeeext up is flower for the ps3

following that is starcraft 2 for PC

right up next is Darwinia for XBLA(xbox live arcade)

after that we have Dargon age:origins  for the pc

right up now is Diablo 3! for Pc and Pc only

now it’s DarkSiders : Wrath of war for ps3 and 360

then we have Batman Arkham Asylum  for Ps3 360 and PV

FINALLY we have got Tenchu Shadow assassins

Darksiders Review

Hello all gamers!

we hope 2010 has been good for you all thus far!

we do know that 2010 will be a good year for gaming

as darksiders is with us! Said to be the biggest realese

in 2010….although were not even a year in yet so….yeah…

anyway here’s a Darksiders review!!!

Darksiders is developed by  Vigil Games and  published by THQ

(have you seen the advert for it? OMG the voice over is amazing!!)

The game is released for Ps3 and Xbox 360!

the name of the main , and only weapon is called the Chaoseater!!

i mean come one , if thats the name of the blade thinkn how good the game will be!!

The game takes inspiration from apocalypse and battle

of Armageddon with the player taking on the role of “war”,

one of the Four Horseman Of Apocalypse.

In the prologue it is revealed that, long before the formation of Earth, Heaven and Hell are at constant war with one another.

Here’s a picture of Chaoseater (for those of you with memory loss or stupidness it’s the weapon you play with)

So do you like it so far? no? then how about this….

THQ Creative Director, Luis Gigliotti revealed in an interview with GameAxis that Darksiders will be a franchise and that THQ is contemplating a sequel. The sequel may include a multiplayer component, as the other three horsemen will join War in the sequel!!!

So with all of that to bear in mind…..choose your path…(buy it or don’t)

Fable lll to be realesed this year!

Hello to all,

I have read up on some information and it seems that fable 3 is to come to our game stores this very year!  Here is some information on it:

The player’s character, known as a “Hero,” is forced into a quest to become a revolutionary leader to defeat the king after an “injustice” happens to their parent, believed to be at the hands of the tyrant. Over the course of the first half of the game, the Hero will overthrow the tyrant and become ruler of Albion themselves. During the second half of the game, a foreign nation will threaten Albion and the player has to decide how to react to it.

So what’s the gameplay like?

Well, you can use your save file from Fable ll which effects the environment.

I have here an explanation by Peter Molyneux , Lionhead’s Creative Director,

“

The really strange thing about leadership is that there’s a common thread that has existed for centuries in all cultures. Whenever politicians, rebels or juntas are climbing to power they make promises, and very often these promises are not delivered on. We want to give a sense of that, so as you’re building up your forces, as you’re being a rebel, you will find this opportunity to promise things to get more power. Then after you’ve become leader, the opportunity to live on those promises has real consequences.

”

Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep review.

Hello everyone, I’ve found out there is a new Kingdom hearts to release named, Birth By Sleep, very attractive name, but what about the game?

Well it’s an action role playing game, like the rest of them.

It’s only available for Psp, which is slightly annoying but there is a new Final Fantasy game coming out for Ps3 so that’s ok, haha.

This game was actually released in Japan on January the 9th and is planned for summer release  in the US .  Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep was also released with a limited edition Psp – 3000 as a bundle in Japan featuring designs from the Kingdom Hearts series on its back.

Nomura has referred to the game as “Episode 0″ saying that the game is on the same scale and plays as big an importance as the console titles in the series, Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II.

The game is a prequel  to the first Kingdom Hearts game for the Ps2 , taking place ten years before the original, and features many previously unseen characters and unexplained plot elements from the original Kingdom Hearts series.

Well that about does it now, i can assure you soon is a Final Fantasy review!

The Future Of Call Of Duty

Hello everyone!  Sorry we haven’t posted for a while, but, i’m posting this as a public question i want YOU to answer.

Call Of Duty as you know are a very sucssesful group of games and sure enough, Infinity Ward are going to make yet another game, so my question to you all is,  if Call Of Duty are to make another game what would it be called and what would it feature? **

**Alternate question** Would the next Call Of Duty game be Modern Warfare 3 or Call Of Duty 7?
